Call Before You Dig
If you plan on digging, you should contact your local utility for locates. What does this mean? It means your local utility will indicate the location of the underground services they provide to you.
This could include electric, water, sewer, gas, fibre or street lighting services that are in your work area. At Utilities Kingston, our locating service is free of charge if you are digging within 30 days.
